When you complete the booking form (powered by Tally):

• Name, phone, email

• Origin and destination

• Date, time, number of passengers and bags

• Additional information (flight, baby seat, stops, special requests)

• IP address, device type, browser (via Google Analytics, anonymised)

• Cookies (see Cookie Policy)

Communication data

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive the messages exchanged and your phone number.

3. How we use your data

• Respond to your booking and provide the requested service

• Communicate with you about confirmations and changes

• Fulfil legal obligations (invoicing, fiscal records)

• Improve our service (anonymised analytics)

Legal basis: contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• Tally Forms — form processor (Belgium, GDPR-compliant)

• WhatsApp / Meta — if you contact us via WhatsApp
